Polka dots I think is one of the most happy and playful genre in fashion. This fashion trend actually started way back 1854 where it was used by Flamenco dancers and performers. And I don't think Polkas are ever outdated? Just like the sun is always gonbe there, Polka dots are always gonbe there.
